We have owned this horse since he was a 2 year old. Though only 5, he acts and rides like an aged gelding. He has no bad habits, and is safe for any kid to ride. Best of all, HE WINS! There is no substitute for a good mind, and a good attitude, and he has it all. He does what is asked of him, and doesn't get in a bad mood. He is steady and solid, and you will not find a better mover for this price. We only showed him at one AQHA show (sorry, but we can't afford it) and he got a point in horsemanship! You could novice him out in a hurry, or do like we do and rack up on the ribbons and the money at the open shows. He is an easy keeper, has no bad habits, and you can pull him out of the pasture and show him that afternoon. (We know because that is how much my kids want to practice!) He is a winner for any kid.
