indy is a late 2yr old. just broke out in late october. This 4th of july gelding is flowing with potential. has had about 5 rides as of now(11-10-09) and is comming along GREAT. i have never seen a 2yr old with as little rides as him to be so good. i would even be comfortable letting my little 8yr old cousins ride, hes really good minded, no spook in him at all. hes also a very nice mover, 10+ trotter and 10++ loper. hes very flat in front and deep behind, and very nice hocked horse! he will make someone an amazing hunter jumper or even a 3 day eventer!!!
he was born and raised on my farm. he is by a Zippo Pine Bar stallion, "Zip Me Anytime" who is a true gentleman and passes on his personality and dispotition onto all of his offspring.he is a true all around stallion who has competed in almost every event possible and alwasy done well, western pleasure, hunter under saddle, reining, jumping, reined cow, and even the speed events. His dam is one of my great show mares, she is a Percheron X Quarter Horse. i owned her since she was a yr and a half, broke her out trained her and showed her for quite a few yrs. she was undifeated from day one! every class i took her in we never placed less that 2nd(her first yr showing) then from then on we were always in the blues. we showed in every class from halter and showmanship, western pleasure and horsemanship, hunter under saddle and hunt seat equitation, reining, trail and so on.....
he truely is the best of both world and takes after both his mother and his father, i really cant thing of any fall back about this horse, not only is he FLOWING with potential and athleticism but hes got a very loving puppy dog personality!
hes is truly one of a kind, dont miss out on ur next hunter champion, or even open show champion(he would also be solid enough to do just like his mother and show in the open shows in western pleasure and all of the other events)
