***This is a great deal on an amazing horse. I'm selling her because I'm going to college and have too many horses. Also, I'm hoping to someday get into riding reiners. I have spent all summer riding her and getting her even more broke. She has been kept ready to perform and is perfectly sound, perfectly healthy, 100% ready to show. ***
Chocolate Scotch, is a 2002 palomino AQHA/PHBA mare out of Plain Scotch Bar and a Zips Chocolate Chip mare.
Patty is just a sweetheart! Her first year being shown she was top five and top ten at the PHBA World. Patty is a natural mover with a lot of hock and forward lift/drive and she is a dream at showmanship as well. It's just hard to find a real cute mare like this with her sharp mind and consistent movement....I've only been showing her since 2007 and already her awards include:
2008 PHBA Youth World Novice Western Pleasure Champion
2008 PHBA Youth World Novice Western Horsemanship Reserve Champion
Numerous top fives and top tens at the 2008 and 2007 PHBA youth world
Performance ROM (2008)
Futurity Champion (MNPHBA)
Multiple AQHA Circuit Champion
19 AQHA Performance points
153 PHBA Performance points
and 3.0 PHBA Halter points...
Patty is always a top finisher at AQHA and PHBA shows in western pleasure, showmanship and horsemanship and is easy to clip, wash and haul. She would make a great western riding prospect or all around prospect for any youth or amateur. She has been trained to be extremely respectful on the ground using Clinton Anderson methods of groundwork and respect on the lunge line. Patty is easy to maintain with or without a trainer. She's quiet in her stall and gets along great in the pasture with other horses. She is an easy keeper with no vices. With her big heart, exceptional movement and proven record, this mare has a very bright future ahead of her.
